"Solidarity"was nominated for Best Screenplay at the Hermosa Shorts Film Festival!  We didn't get it, but the award went to David Dean Bottrell for "Available Men."  David, of "Boston Legal" fame, lives one block from Nancy in Hollywood!   Composer Richard Carrick's mom attended, as she lives in neighboring Redondo Beach.   Very fun, classy little festival, with all proceeds benefiting a children's charity.
